Hello, Frank!
Maybe I'm a little bit late with my "THANK YOU" letter! But better late than never, right?!
I just want to express my ginormous gratitude for making this fantastic, breathtaking movie! I saw it 10 times in theaters and was first in the line for my DVD.
By the way, the day Fox officially announced "the green light" last autumn was actually my B-Day! Needless to say that it was the best present a fan-girl like me could ever dream of)))
Thank you for all you've done for fans, thank you for this blog and social network! It really means a lot and somehow helped me to cope with my "post movie depression" :)))
And also, through you, I'd like to thank all foreign Philes, especially U.S. and Canadian! I don't know what we would do without them here in Russia, so far away from all big X-Files events! They were our eyes and ears! (God bless the Internet) Their reports, photos, videos and eagerness to share made this long anticipation period really unforgettable experience! So, thank you guys, you're the best !
And there is a photo that was taken not long before the movie premiere! It was our little Red Square Promo-campaign... XF2 made about $4,88 ml in our box-office! Not bad, right?! So, I guess it helped))) Or maybe it was a fact that practically no one (except for the fans) knew that the bad guys were the Russians!!!)))
I think the general public still believes they're from Eastern Europe, because the language they speak in our version is very weird, something between German and Czech! ;)
So, THANK YOU again and fingers crossed for XF3!
