EVEN BETTER
I just saw the movie for the second time, and I have to agree with other fans: it's damn good--even better with a repeated viewing.
I have reviewed it on my blog. The review has been picked up by several other sites.
By my calculations, it appears the movie will make a profit, so I won't give up on production of XF3.
One thing: I read that David thought the Bush joke (which I thought was pretty funny) was a "cheap laugh." Wasn't it his idea to have Mulder pee on the "Independence Day" poster in "Fight the Future"? That could be construed as a cheap laugh, couldn't it? Heh.
Thanks for the many years of excellent entertainment. You guys made the best show in he history of television. Don't ever forget that.
