LATE SCREENING REPORT (DEBUNKED)
Was really distressed to see Roger Moore of the Orlando Sentinel already blogging against TXF:IWTB because it's being screened late for critics:

I'm presuming this late screening is part of protecting the integrity of the story at all costs. But Fox (or 1013 and/or Big Light) needs to e-mail and fax critics to let them know this not about trying to duck their analyses and judgments.
The last thing this film needs is to get pre-nuked in the press!
Love you guys and your incredible concern for the fans--

Thanks, Jim, and of course the fans are right (again). We are not screening the film early because -- as everyone knows -- we are trying to protect the secrecy of the film as long as possible. Critics will see the movie, however, on Wednesday, July 23, two days prior to release, a time-frame that is far from unusual.
