PERFECT OPPOSITES

First and foremost, thank you for this blog 'cause the idea of being able to communicate in any way with you is just incredible.
Second of all, a big "thank you" is not enough to describe how -- and I believe I speak on behalf of all Philes out there -- excited, thrilled and at awe we feel about the second movie.
Ever since 1993, we were taught to believe and hope that there is, somewhere, out there, someone who can stick along the thick and thins and will always support us and be there for us to lean on, asking nothing in return but our trust. We discovered that the scariest monsters are the ones who reside inside the human psyche. We discovered the truth we already knew, that no government or officials are above the law when it's in the hands of two people to expose their secrets and horrifying abuse of power. We learned that the dead are not lost to us and if we hear carefully we will find a way to save ourselves. We tuned in week after week to experience two people's quest against all odds, having as a weapon only their relationship and the respect for each other's belief and truth.
What I want to thank you, and CC and everyone is for being able to open doors, not only artistically, but imaginatively by simple asking "what if?" and being loyal and true to your heart and to the fans. You never let us down, even when time passed and the show had to face hard changes. You were always true to the fans and you always managed to overcome yourself.
If we all want to believe in one thing is that there is someone out there who can be the Mulder to our Scully or the Scully to out Mulder.
We were hoping for a second movie not only because of "The X-Files" and the cases, or the big explosions and special effects, but because of two people who have been with us since 1993 (1992 for them), and the moment we will be reunited with them. I believe and I want to thank you in advance, that the trust we've shown you and the incredible art you've shown us over the years will be very much alive in "I Want to Believe". I keep my mind open and I am ready to experience the unexpected.
All I truly want now is to see Mulder and Scully as I always thought of them, as we all learned to think of them and to see them. A union of perfect opposites.
Please, the truest truths keep us together and not apart...
I can't wait for July (or whenever the movie comes out in Greece)
Thank you again,
