AT LAST
So it's finally official! A second "X-Files" movie is in the works, it'll start shooting soon -- December 10 -- and it'll be on the big screen not that long after that -- July 25, 2008.
Congratulations to you and to Chris Carter! This was quite a long journey since the end of the show, but the wait is over. It feels like the movie will come out tomorrow. I guess your schedule for the next few months will be a cross between a dream and a nightmare.
I can't wait to see what has come out of your and Chris' imagination. I'm really very happy right now !

I wanted to pass on my congratulations on the announcement of a second "X-Files" movie.
And while I'm writing, thanks for all the years of the show that you worked on. I understand there's currently a lot of "stand alone, better" sound bites around to coincide with the movie, however I absolutely loved the mythology. I think today's shows with on-going stories only highlight how great the planning and attention to detail was in "The X-Files."
