WHO KILLED IRENE KOLCHAK?

I have a few questions regarding the ABC series "Night Stalker." I was wondering how the plotline was going to end. I understand that there is an episode titled "The Sea, Part 2." Was that episode ever made or did ABC back out before it was ready? Honestly I would like to know if it was werewolves who killed his wife, Carl himself, or something else. Also is there even a chance that the Sci-Fi Channel will ask for new episodes?

I don't expect any new episodes of "Night Stalker" will be produced, but the answers you're looking for -- as well as part two of "The Sea" and three other never-aired episodes -- can be found on the "Night Stalker" DVD.
