PART OF MY LIFE

Hi! I just wanted to share that "The X-Files" has been a big part of my life. I'm currently studying Forensic Science in New York City because of my admiration for Scully while watching "The X-Files" growing up. On October 13th, 2005, I took the "Millennium" DVD cover to a tattoo parlor and I have an exact replica of the ouroboros on my back. It's the only tattoo I've ever wanted. My boyfriend and I met at a restaurant when I asked a group of people, "Anyone here like 'The X-Files?'" I discovered he has Scully's ouroboros tattooed on his arm, and we've been dating for two years. Instead of "You had me at hello," we say, "You had me at 'Does anyone here like 'The X-Files?''' Cheesy, no? I just met David Duchovny for the first time a few months ago when he was promoting "The TV Set" in New York. I thought I died and went to heaven. I've wanted to meet him since I was 12 years old. Just wanted to say thanks for all the great episodes and I often wonder if it's creepy to find out how much your shows have influenced the lives of people you'll never meet. I can see how this could really be quite disturbing... :)
