I saw the premiere of "Night Stalker" last night and I absolutely loved it. What a great show. You have done an outstanding job with this new series and I wish you all the best of luck with it.
I also loved "The X-Files" and cannot thank you enough for your wonderful contribution to this great series.

Very well done. I've noticed the reviews I've seen have been running 50/50, but in my opinion, "Night Stalker" is the best of the supernatural shows this season.

Just finished the premiere. Kudos. Not since the long-lost and most beloved "X-Files" have I been so entertained. Eagerly anticipating the weeks to come.
My question is, What (if any) guest stars are lined up? Yes, I'm fishing for David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson! It would be most fun to see them guest starring as characters othan than Mulder and Scully. I imagine I'm far from the first to harass you with this novel idea, but I hope you and others agree it'd be fantastic.

PATIENCE

Thanks for your patience while I've been largely absent from these boards, consumed (as you can imagine) with getting "Night Stalker" ready for its premiere on ABC this Thursday night.
To answer some of the other questions I have gotten from so many of you...
There is STILL no news on the second "X-Files" feature film. I wish I could tell you what's holding it up, or when negotiations might be concluded, but all I can say (again!) is that I'll post news here when and if I have it.
Chris Carter and I are continuing to work on our screen adaptation of "A Philosophical Investigation."
And it was announced this week that my remake of "The Star Chamber," which I am producing with Matthew Baer, has officially gone into development as a feature film at 20th Century Fox in association with Hyde Park Entertainment.
